Vegan Keto Chai Tea Latte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups water
    2 black tea bags
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 cardamom pods
    1 pinch ground allspice
    1 pinch ground ginger
    1 pinch ground nutmeg
    1 pinch ground cloves
    1 pinch salt
    1/2 cup almond milk
    1/2 teaspoon erythritol
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add tea bags, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, vanilla extract, cardamom, allspice, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt; simmer for 20 minutes. Discard tea bags and strain tea.
    Heat almond milk with erythritol in a saucepan over medium heat. Mix with tea and divide between 2 mugs; sprinkle remaining cinnamon on top.
