Cucumber Salad With Borage Flowers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    1 tablespoon lime juice
    salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
    1 cucumber - halved, seeded, and sliced
    6 borage leaves
    12 fresh borage flowers
Preparation
    Combine olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl and stir together. Add sliced cucumber, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Sprinkle with borage leaves and borage flowers just before serving, as the flowers wilt quickly.
