Savory Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    2 medium yellow squash, sliced
    2 medium zucchini, sliced
    1/2 (16 ounce) package baby-cut carrots
    1 medium red onion, cut in half and thickly sliced
    2 packets Swanson(R) Flavor BoostTM Concentrated Vegetable Broth
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the yellow squash, zucchini, carrots and onion and stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
    Stir the concentrated broth in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot.
