Dorm Room Pheasant - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup long grain white rice
2 cups 1% milk
1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
2 pheasant breast halves, cleaned and patted dry
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine the rice, milk and chicken broth in a slow cooker. Season the pheasant breast with salt and pepper; place into the slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
