Pork Roast And White Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 pound) pork roast, fat trimmed
    2 bay leaves
    2 (15.5 ounce) cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (16 ounce) jar medium salsa
    1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
Preparation
    Place roast into the slow cooker; add bay leaves to bottom of slow cooker. Pour beans, salsa, and beer over and around roast.
    Cook on Low, 7 to 8 hours.
