Vivian'S Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package cottage cheese
12 ounces whipped cream
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (1 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O(R) mix

Preparation

In a bowl, stir together cottage cheese, whipped cream, pineapple, and gelatin. Cover, and refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
