Easy Honey Herbed Goat Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces goat cheese
    1 tablespoon shallot, minced
    1 1/2 tablespoons Aunt Sue's(R) Raw & Unfiltered Honey, plus more to finish
    1 tablespoon creme fraiche (optional)
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives, plus optional chive batons to garnish
    1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Fold all ingredients well to combine.
    Serve with toasted baguette and drizzle with Aunt Sue's(R) Raw & Unfiltered Honey.
    Garnish with chive batons if desired.
