Spicy Hot Garlic Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 teaspoon jeera (cumin seeds)
    10 cloves garlic, peeled
    1 tablespoon water
    1 tablespoon cayenne pepper, or more to taste
    1/2 teaspoon salt, or more to taste
Preparation
    Grind cumin seeds in a blender. Add garlic, water, cayenne pepper, and salt; blend into a smooth paste.
