Ingredients

life-sized decorative plastic skull
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 pound thinly sliced deli ham, or as needed

Preparation

Wash and dry a plastic skull. Smear skull with cream cheese.
Place a single layer of ham all over the skull, leaving eyes and teeth uncovered.
