Raw Vegan Gingerbread Balls - cooking recipe

3/4 cup gluten-free rolled oats
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups dates, pitted and chopped
3 tablespoons coconut sugar
Preparation

Place rolled oats, almond flour, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and vanilla extract in a blender; blend until smooth. Blend in dates, in batches, until a soft dough forms. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in coconut sugar.
