Artichoke Aioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6.5 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 lemon, juiced
    1 teaspoon lemon zest
    1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper in a food processor or blender; blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
