Rice Cooker Chicken Quinoa With Sun-Dried Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 ounce) chicken breast, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    3/4 cup water
    3/8 cup white quinoa
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, cut into strips
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 teaspoon curry powder
    ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Stir chicken breast cubes, water, quinoa, onion, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, curry powder, and ground black pepper together in the bowl of a rice cooker.
    Cook on white rice setting according to manufacturer's directions.
