Nacho Salad With Tortilla Chip Dippers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
    1 large tomato, diced
    1 1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese, or more to taste
    1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives
    1/2 cup diced fire-roasted red peppers
    1/2 lime, juiced
    2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
Preparation
    Combine black beans, corn, tomato, Monterey Jack cheese, olives, red peppers, lime, cilantro, salt, and cumin in a large bowl. Stir well to combine.
