Chia And Almond Butter Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup almond milk
    1/2 banana
    1 tablespoon almond butter
    1 tablespoon chia seeds
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 pinch ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Place almond milk, banana, almond butter, and chia seeds in a blender. Lightly sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg on top; blend until smooth, 10 to 15 seconds.
