Persimmon Green Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups almond milk
    1/3 cup plain kefir
    1 1/3 cups chopped kale, or as needed
    1 1/3 cups chopped fresh spinach, or as needed
    1 1/3 cups chopped Swiss chard, or as needed
    3 persimmons, peeled
    1 1/2 frozen bananas
    1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
    1 tablespoon chia seeds
    1 teaspoon honey, or more to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Blend almond milk and kefir together in a blender; add kale, spinach, and Swiss chard. Blend until smooth and the mixture reaches the 4 cup mark. Add persimmons, bananas, avocado, chia seeds, and honey; puree until smooth.
