Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups water, or more as needed
    1/2 cup chickpea flour
    1/2 cup glutinous rice flour
    2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes (optional)
    1 tablespoon milled flax seeds
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    1/8 onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
    1 dash ground black pepper
Preparation
    Mix water, chickpea flour, rice flour, nutritional yeast, and flax seeds in a saucepan until dissolved. Add oil, onion, and garlic.
    Place saucepan over low heat; cook and stir until mixture is the consistency of melted cheese, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
