Easy Leftover Rotisserie Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces shredded rotisserie chicken
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1 apple, cored and chopped
    10 seedless green grapes, quartered
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon low-fat vanilla yogurt
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
    salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place shredded chicken, pecans, apple, and quartered grapes in a bowl. Stir.
    Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, cumin, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. Pour over chicken mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
