Slow Cooker Bulgogi (Korean Roast Beef) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound beef tenderloin
    3 tablespoons water
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 tablespoons white sugar
    1 green onion, finely chopped
    1 tablespoon sesame oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds, or to taste
    ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine beef tenderloin, water, soy sauce, sugar, green onion, sesame oil, garlic, sesame seeds, and black pepper in a slow cooker. Cook on Low until meat is tender, 10 to 12 hours.
