Tequila Lime Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
4 green onions, sliced
2 roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped
1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and diced
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons tequila
1 tablespoon chilled lime juice
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation

Place the lettuce, onions, tomato, avocado, and 1 tablespoon lime juice in a large bowl; toss to coat.
Whisk together the vinegar, tequila, 1 tablespoon lime juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; slowly stream in the olive oil while whisking; pour the mixture over the salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
