Fresh And Fruity Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups cranberries
    2 oranges, peeled and segmented
    2 large apples, peeled and cored
    2 1/2 cups white sugar
    1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 cup walnuts
Preparation
    Coarsely grind cranberries, oranges, and apples in a food mill or grinder; put in a bowl. Stir sugar, pineapple, and walnuts through the cranberry mixture.
    Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
