Soy Horchata Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups soy milk
    2 (1 ounce) packages sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix (such as Jell-O(R))
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Whisk soy milk and pudding together in a bowl until fully combined, about 1 minute. Add cinnamon; whisk 1 minute more. Pour into small serving bowls or cups.
