Zippy Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe

12 hard-boiled eggs, halved lengthwise with yolks and whites separated
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon hot yellow pepper sauce
Preparation

Combine egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, and hot sauce in a food processor; puree until smooth.
Spoon egg yolk mixture into a pastry bag with a decorative tip; pipe filling into the cavity of the egg white halves.
