Strawberry Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cups sliced strawberries
1/3 cup strawberry jam
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons chopped green onion
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional)
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Place the strawberries, strawberry jam, ketchup, green onion, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, hot sauce, crushed red pepper, liquid smoke, and salt in a blender or food processor; blend until smooth.
