Diamond Lobster Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hot dog buns, split
    1 tablespoon soft butter
    2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon lime juice
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
    1 dash hot sauce (such as Tabasco(R))
    salt and ground black pepper to taste
    1/2 cup diced red onion
    1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
    1/4 cup diced celery
    2 pounds cooked and cubed lobster meat
    6 thin slices tomato (optional)
    1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
    1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
Preparation
    Spread butter lightly over the insides of the buns. Transfer to a toaster oven; toast until light golden brown, about 5 minutes. Line toasted buns with romaine lettuce.
    Stir mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic, basil, hot sauce, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Add red onion, red bell pepper, and celery. Fold in lobster gently.
    Stuff lobster filling into buns. Top with tomato slices and a light sprinkle of Cheddar cheese and dill.
