Cherry Chambord Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons Chambord (raspberry liqueur)
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
1 grated zest of one orange
1 cup cherry preserves
Preparation

In a food processor with a steel blade, blend the butter, cream cheese, Chambord and confectioners' sugar.
Stir in, by hand, the orange zest and cherry preserves. Chill and store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
