High-Protein Energy Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups rolled oats
    1 cup peanut butter
    2/3 cup honey
    1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
    1/2 cup ground flax seeds
    1/2 cup chocolate-flavored protein powder
    1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
    2 tablespoons chia seeds
    1 teaspoon coconut extract
    1/4 cup chopped coffee beans
    2 tablespoons cocoa powder (such as Fry's(R)), or more as needed
Preparation
    Mix oats, peanut butter, honey, dark chocolate chips, flax seeds, protein powder, coconut, chia seeds, and coconut extract together in a large bowl; fold in coffee beans. Form mixture into 1-inch balls.
    Place cocoa powder in a small bowl. Roll each ball in the cocoa powder until coated.
