Gooey Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 tablespoon water
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
    In a double boiler, combine milk, water, salt and chocolate. Heat, stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Add vanilla.
    Spread or drizzle over your cake.
