Cranberry Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Filling:
4 cups sliced apples
2 cups cranberries
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons Truvia(R) Baking Blend
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Topping:
1 cup rolled oats
3 tablespoons Truvia(R) Baking Blend
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon molasses
1/8 teaspoon salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Place apples and cranberries in a large bowl; add water, lemon juice, Truvia(R)Baking Blend, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg; toss to coat the fruit.
Spray 9 x 9-inch baking dish with non-stick spray; place fruit mixture in dish.
In a separate bowl, combine topping ingredients; stir to form crumbly mixture.
Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of fruit.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes until apples are tender.
