Herbalicious Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound cooked peeled shrimp, chilled
    3 green onions, coarsely chopped
    1 small onion, coarsely chopped
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
    1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
    1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
    1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon finely grated carrot
    1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
    1 cup low-fat sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Add shrimp, green onions, onion, tarragon, parsley, rosemary, chili powder, and lemon juice to the jar of a blender or food processor; process the mixture until shrimp are finely chopped.
    Scrape the chopped shrimp mixture into a bowl and stir in the carrot, mayonnaise, and sour cream, mixing until well blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
