Delicious Pan-Fried Baka Bana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 pinch salt
    1/2 cup warm water
    1 large ripe plantain, sliced
    vegetable oil for frying
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Add warm water, stirring constantly, until a pancake-like batter forms, about 2 minutes. Dip plantain slices into the batter.
    Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Cook plantains in batches until golden, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook for 1 minute more. Drain on paper towels.
