Mock Devonshire Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation

Beat cream in a chilled glass or metal bowl with an electric mixer until foamy. Gradually add sugar, continuing to beat until medium-stiff peaks form. Fold sour cream into the mixture until smooth.
