Honey Chai Tea Latte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 teaspoons whole fennel seeds
    8 green cardamom pods
    2 cinnamon sticks, broken into pieces
    10 black peppercorns
    10 whole cloves
    1 star anise pod, broken into pieces
    1/3 cup Aunt Sue's(R) Raw & Unfiltered Honey
    6 cups water
    1 cup milk
    5 tea bags black tea
Preparation
    Toast the spices in a medium saucepan over medium heat till fragrant. Add water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Remove from heat, and add to tea bags. Steep another five minutes, then remove tea bags.
    Strain, then stir in milk and honey. Serve.
