Slow Cooker Quinoa Sweet Potato Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth
    2 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken, or more to taste
    1 (28 ounce) can petite-cut diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil
    2 (16 ounce) cans red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
    2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
    1/2 cup quinoa
    1 tablespoon dried minced onion
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Stir chicken broth, chopped chicken, tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, sweet potatoes, quinoa, minced onion, chili powder, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper together in a slow cooker.
    Cook in the slow cooker set to Low for 8 hours.
