Healthy Fruit And Vegetable Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 fluid ounces milk
    1 (6 ounce) container plain yogurt
    1/2 cup frozen strawberries
    1/2 frozen banana
    1/4 cup frozen blueberries
    1 green ice cube (see footnote)
    2 tablespoons whey protein powder (optional)
    1 teaspoon honey, or to taste
Preparation
    Combine milk, yogurt, strawberries, banana, blueberries, green ice cube, whey, and honey in a blender, in the order listed. Blend until smooth.
