1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/4 cup lime juice
1 jalapeno pepper, trimmed and seeded
1 tablespoon sesame oil
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
