Prosciutto And Soppressata Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 ounce) packages prosciutto
    1 (.75 ounce) package fresh basil leaves
    2 (8 ounce) packages fresh mozzarella cheese marinated in olive oil
    toothpicks
    2 (4 ounce) packages sliced soppressata
Preparation
    Place a slice of prosciutto on a work surface; top with 1 basil leaf and 1 mozzarella ball. Roll prosciutto around basil and mozzarella cheese and secure with a toothpick. Repeat process, alternating with soppressata, until all ingredients are used. Refrigerate until serving.
