Iceberg Lettuce Salad With Radishes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large radishes, finely sliced
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    3 tablespoons rapeseed oil
    2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon unfiltered apple juice
    3/4 teaspoon white sugar
    1 small head iceberg lettuce, chopped
Preparation
    Combine radish and salt in a bowl and allow to sit for 15 minutes. Add oil, vinegar, lemon juice, apple juice, and sugar; mix well. Fold in iceberg lettuce until combined.
