Scrumptious Breakfast Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
    2 avocados, sliced
    2 large tomatoes, sliced
    1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
    4 clementines, peeled and segmented
    1 Spanish onion, sliced into rounds
    1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced
    1 Pink Lady apple, diced
    1 nectarine, sliced
    1 cucumber, diced
    1/4 cup vinaigrette salad dressing, or to taste
Preparation
    Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 15 minutes.
    Layer lettuce, avocados, tomatoes, strawberries, clementines, onion, mango, apple, nectarine, and cucumber in a large bowl or on individual serving plates. Drizzle vinaigrette on top.
    Remove eggs from hot water; cool under cold running water. Peel and chop. Scatter eggs over the salad.
