Dandelion Pesto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups dandelion greens
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    2 teaspoons crushed garlic
    salt to taste (optional)
    1 pinch red pepper flakes, or to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Place dandelion greens, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, and garlic in a food processor; blend until smooth. Season with salt and red pepper flakes.
