Cajun-Style Shrimp And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
    1 (14 ounce) can low-sodium chicken broth
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 cup water
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
    1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
    3/4 cup uncooked instant rice
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes, chicken broth, onion, bell pepper, water, garlic, and Cajun seasoning in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours. Add shrimp and rice and cook until rice is tender, about 1 hour more.
