Frank'S Chopped Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 roma (plum) tomato, seeded and diced
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    6 jalapeno peppers, seeds and ribs removed, minced
    1 small red onion, finely chopped
    1 cup finely chopped cabbage
    1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
    1/3 cup fresh lime juice
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine the tomatoes, garlic, jalapenos, red onion, cabbage, cilantro, and lime juice in a large bowl. Season to taste with salt. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
