Zesty Kale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
    1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
    1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
    4 leaves kale, stems removed and discarded, leaves torn into bite-sized pieces
Preparation
    Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic together in a bowl.
    Place kale leaves in a bowl; drizzle soy sauce dressing over kale. Toss to coat.
