Easy Thai Peanut Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups peanut butter
    3 tablespoons light soy sauce
    2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    1 tablespoon fish sauce
    1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
    1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
    1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
    1 tablespoon white sugar, or to taste
Preparation
    Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, hot pepper sauce, ginger, sesame oil, and sugar in a bowl; warm in microwave until easy to stir, about 45 seconds. Stir to serve.
