Fajita Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (5.4 ounce) package Knorr(R) Menu Flavors Rice SidesTM - Steak Fajitas
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 1/2 cups water
1 (16 ounce) can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
Preparation

Brown ground beef with onion in 4-quart stockpot; drain, if desired.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes or until rice is tender.
Garnish, if desired, with sour cream, shredded Cheddar cheese and/or sliced green onions.
