Spinach And Tomato Pita Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 cup cottage cheese
    1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 Roma (plum) tomatoes, or more to taste, chopped
    3 tablespoons flour
    2 tablespoons melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
    Stir spinach, cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese, eggs, tomatoes, flour, and butter together in a bowl; spread into an 8-inch baking dish.
    Bake in the preheated oven until slightly set, about 20 minutes.
