Fresh Salsa With Cottage Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) container Shamrock Farms(R) Original Cottage Cheese
1 bunch green onions
3 hot yellow chile peppers
2 jalapeno peppers
1 bunch cilantro
8 firm, ripe tomatoes
3 cloves garlic, chopped
salt to taste

Preparation

Chop onions, peppers, cilantro, and tomatoes by hand. Place in a large bowl; stir in garlic and salt.
Mix in Shamrock Farms Cottage Cheese.
