Green Salad Plus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Salad:
    6 cups mixed baby greens
    2 medium pears, sliced
    1 large bulb fennel, chopped or sliced
    1/3 cup toasted walnuts
    Dressing:
    5 tablespoons olive oil
    3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    1/4 cup orange juice
    2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
    Berries with Yogurt:
    1 cup blueberries
    1 cup strawberries
    1 cup raspberries
    1 cup fat-free yogurt, lemon or vanilla flavored
Preparation
    Combine salad ingredients. Whisk together dressing and add to salad. Toss.
    Combine berries. Serve with a dollop of yogurt.
