Garlicky Salt And Pepper Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1/2- to 1/4-inch-thick wedges
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 tablespoon olive oil, or more to taste
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 teaspoon Diamond Crystal(R) Fine Sea Salt
    1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
    Heat butter, olive oil, and garlic in a saucepan over low heat until butter is melted; stir in Diamond Crystal(R) Fine Sea Salt and pepper. Toss potatoes in butter mixture until evenly coated. Roast to desired doneness, 30 to 35 minutes.
