Quick-Fix Beef Burrito Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 pound extra-lean ground beef
    1 (35 gram) package 40%-less-sodium taco seasoning mix
    1 (19 ounce) can no salt-added kidney beans
    1 cup salsa
    1 cup water
    4 small flour tortillas, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
    1 cup CRACKER BARREL Shredded Light Tex Mex Cheese
    1/3 cup light sour cream
    1/3 cup chopped green onions
Preparation
    Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
    Add next 4 ingredients; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in tortilla pieces; top with cheese. Cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream and onions.
