Anti-Inflammatory Spiced Orange Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups orange juice with pulp (such as Florida's Natural(R))
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    4 ice cubes
    2 tablespoons plain yogurt
    1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
    1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine orange juice, milk, ice cubes, yogurt, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and cinnamon in a high-speed blender. Blend until the ice is very well chopped.
